On April 28, 2026, the Council of the Płock Energy Cluster adopted a resolution to admit new members to the cluster structure. As a result of this decision, the following entities have officially joined the cluster: – Energy Coin Market Sp. z o.o. – R&DC Future Solutions Sp. z o.o. The decision was adopted unanimously, clearly confirming the direction of further development of the cluster and the readiness of its participants to implement a model based on a real, local energy market.

This milestone is significant for the entire project. The formal inclusion of entities responsible for the market and settlement layer, represented by ECM, enables the transition from the conceptual phase to the operational stage. In practical terms, this means the initiation of work on: – direct energy balancing between cluster participants – integration of metering data and energy management systems – implementation of settlement mechanisms for local energy trading, based on ECM infrastructure. The cluster structure, in accordance with the adopted regulations, is based on clearly defined roles, where the Cluster Council is responsible for strategic direction, and the coordinator for operational management and system development. The Płock Energy Cluster is therefore entering the phase of real implementation of a model in which locally generated energy can be efficiently managed, balanced and settled within a single, integrated infrastructure. From the ECM perspective, this marks the deployment of mechanisms enabling a local energy market to operate based on digital settlement infrastructure, integrating all participants within one operational system. This is one of the first examples in Poland where a local energy cluster moves from declarations and analysis to the actual implementation of market mechanisms.
