ML System Secures First Patent in the USA for Innovative Photovoltaic Cell Production

We are pleased to announce that our key technology partner, ML System, has secured its first patent in the United States. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted the company a patent for its innovative invention titled "Method for Manufacturing μ-Tandem Photovoltaic Cells and μ-Tandem Photovoltaic Cell Produced by This Method." This prestigious achievement represents a significant milestone in ML System's global development, which earlier this year, in July, also received a patent for the same invention from the Polish Patent Office.

ML System specializes in advanced photovoltaic solutions integrated with building construction (BIPV), offering an innovative alternative to traditional building materials. The company, listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) since 2018, has been dynamically expanding its operations and achieved consolidated revenues of PLN 193.3 million in 2023.
