Energy Storage in the ECM Structure

Energy Coin Market is expanding cooperation in the area of integrating energy storage systems with its market ecosystem, by signing a Letter of Intent together with the Research and Development Centre Future Solutions  and VEGACOM Energy Storage. The agreement was concluded on April 24, 2026, in Gdańsk.

VEGACOM Energy Storage is an entity specializing in the design and implementation of energy storage systems and the integration of renewable energy sources, which constitutes an important element in building stable and flexible energy systems.

Within the model developed by ECM, energy storage functions as an active part of the market, directly influencing the way the system is balanced and how settlements are carried out between its participants. This level of integration enables structured and transparent management of energy flows and their settlement within a single, coherent system.

The cooperation focuses on developing an approach that enables the integration of energy storage technologies into the operational structure of ECM, taking into account their role in system stabilization and the organization of local energy markets.
